Recipe for Lavender Bath Salts
2 cups salts (epsom salts, magnesium flakes, or sea salt – I like Himalayan sea salt)
2 teaspoons vitamin C*
20 drops of lavender
*Vitamin C helps neutralize the chlorine and chloramine in the bathwater so that not as much is absorbed via your skin. For maximum effectiveness, put the bath salts in the water 5 minutes before you get into the tub.
Mix all of the above well together in a bowl. Put into a container, label and you’re done! Put ½ cup in your bath and enjoy. Easy to do and makes great gifts!
